1. Pricing and Inclusions

Total Package Price: The price quoted is for the complete travel package as specified in your itinerary.

Inclusions: The price includes all services explicitly mentioned in the package description (e.g., accommodations, internal transfers, tours, meals).

Exclusions: Prices generally exclude international airfare (unless specified), visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, and any items not explicitly listed as included.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, government taxes, supplier costs, or fuel surcharges. rollaopedia Thailand DMC reserves the right to surcharge you for such increases before the final payment due date. We will absorb any increase of 2% or less of the total package price. If the increase is more than 10%, you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.
2. Payment Schedule
All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice (e.g., Thai Baht - THB, or US Dollars - USD).
A. Initial Deposit

Requirement: A non-refundable initial deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm essential services (e.g., hotel rooms, specific tours, domestic flights).

Booking within 60 Days: If you book less than 60 days before the travel start date, full payment is required immediately to confirm the booking.

Confirmation: All package services will be fully confirmed only upon receipt of the final payment.

Failure to Pay: If the final payment is not received by the due date, rollaopedia Thailand DMC reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client. In this event, the initial deposit will be forfeited, and cancellation penalties may apply as per our Cancellation Policy.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via the following methods:

Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (subject to a small processing fee, typically 2-4%, which will be clearly stated at the time of transaction).

Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Direct transfer to our company bank account. Please note that all bank fees, including intermediary bank charges, must be borne by the sender.

4. Payment Confirmation

5. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date we receive your written notification and will adhere to the company's full Cancellation Policy, which is separate but complementary to these Payment Terms.
